Hello Everyone,

This blog has taken the position that NOT ALL martial arts are equal in teaching efficient and effective fighting skills (regardless for the ring, cage, or street) and good physical and mental fitness.

The martial arts I have recommended on this blog will no doubt provide efficient and effective fighting skills for the ring, cage, or street. Kung Fu San Soo is one of the MANY martial arts that isn't efficient and effective in teaching fighting skills. Period.

Do you really believe you can train at an American Top Team gym for six months (in both striking and grappling) and you'll be taught the same effective and efficient techniques at a Kung Fu San Soo school? The belief that you will be taught the same level of training is insane! Period. Do you really think you can train for six months at a legit Muay Thai, Sanda, Pradal Serey, Dutch Kickboxing gym, etc. and expect to learn the same level of effective and efficient striking at a Kung Fu San Soo school? Of course not! It's not going to happen. Go ahead and look at 10 different Kung Fu San Soo "master" videos on youtube and compare them to the martial arts I've recommended on this blog. You'll see a difference. You'll certainly feel a difference if you were to start training! You'll know I'm telling the truth if you start training in them (the real fighting styles).

Kung Fu San Soo cannot hold ground against these styles in the long run. If so, then there wouldn't be any Kung Fu San Soo masters training in other martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Kickboxing. Why am I just focusing on Kung Fu San Soo on this blog when I've stated there are many martial arts that aren't effective and efficient? It's due to the fact I trained in it (Kung Fu San Soo) and it was the worst martial art out of all the martial arts I've trained in for self-defense.
