Please watch this video. It's less than 2 minutes. If you watch this video from beginning to end there should be no debate that the art of Kung Fu San Soo is crap (by the way, I'm not criticizing the people in the video).

Here is another video of KFSS in action. This is a Kung Fu San Soo freestyle demo. It's not much better than the video above.

Walk into a KFSS school and that is what you'll pretty much be doing most of the time. Youtube is filled with KFSS freestyle workout and demo. There's also the Kung Fu San Soo form videos (empty hand and traditional Chinese weaponry), but that stuff is useless too. Anyway the fighting styles, fighting gyms, and real fighters on this blog have shown what is better to study.
