Hello Everyone,

One of the problems with many martial arts is the lack of physical fitness training besides technique training.
This isn't just an issue in Kung Fu San Soo, but mostly with the traditional martial arts. When I was training in Kung Fu San Soo I never really broke a serious sweat and I really did a lot of movement and practice of KFSS techniques.

I have watched so many KFSS videos on youtube and it's quite clear that physical fitness training is still lacking in the art. For crying out loud most of the people from KFSS masters, high ranking belts, and low ranking belts probably don't have the fitness to go two 3-minute rounds in Western Boxing. However, the real fighting arts I have recommended will develop great physical fitness and a good physique because the training is so hard and requires physical fitness training be done to develop good technique.

My first two hours of Muay Thai training had me sweating so much much much more than all of the sweating combined in my KFSS training where I didn't really sweat at all.
