Hello Everyone,

Here is a video of San Soo training going over the horse stances taught in San Soo, forms, Ah-Soo (basic 45), etc. I don't need to tell you that all of that training material won't matter against a guy who plans on not cooperating with you in the street. The guy (Jeff Kus) teaching in the video most likely trains in BJJ besides teaching San Soo.

From watching this youtube video I would be interested to see how this KFSS master would do in an actual sparring session with boxing gloves, shin pads, etc. The reason I bring it up is due to the fact his kicks have no strong foundation as he executes them along with his san soo hand techniques.

I really wish I could see a variety of KFSS masters hit pads and bags to see if all the years of KFSS training have provided true fast and hard striking techniques. I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE KUNG FU SAN SOO master ON YOUTUBE TRAIN ON THE HEAVY BAG OR PADS FOR ONE 3-MINUTE ROUND! If there is such a video, please let me know! This should be a huge red flag to anyone thinking they are going to become fast and hard with their striking techniques taught to them.

I have found one short video of a KFSS guy hitting the bag but it's less than 3 minutes and it appears to be a demonstration.
