I want to dedicate this post to another Dutch Kickboxing gym in Holland...Chakuriki!

If you want to watch a video of Dutch Kickboxing training then this is it! One of the popular misconceptions is that the Dutch are the second best group of people at Muay Thai. That's not true, it's the French people. The French are the best non-Thai Muay Thai fighters. The Dutch are good at their style of striking which is Dutch Kickboxing (which isn't Muay Thai at all).
Absolutely no "play fighting" here at this gym. No stupid forms, no ridiculous uniforms, no cooperative training partners, just real training.

A person who trains in Kung Fu San Soo CANNOT go into a fighting gym like this and expect to do well. It's a totally different environment based on practicality and realism with intense physical fitness training you cannot get in a Kung Fu San Soo school (unless the KFSS school combines kickboxing, etc with KFSS, but then that shows KFSS is crap).
