Hello Everyone,

I was recently at an amateur fight event. I have to say the event was overall very good for the few fights I stayed and watch. The event consisted of amateur MMA and amatuer kickboxing. My friend from the gym made a comment that was quite hilarious and made good sense. He looked at me after pointing out to the two security guards at the event and stated "what benefit are these guys (two security guards) providing when we have this building filled with trained fighters."

Watching the fights I couldn't help but think how students who study KFSS are being at a huge disadvantage unless they are training in the real fighting arts I have posted about on this blog. Yet, even then, training in KFSS can be a waste of time when really training for real fighting (in the ring or cage).

I have watched so many KFSS masters, KFSS students, and KFSS videos on youtube. Why? It's because it is a martial art I studied and spent a lot of money and time on. I still can't believe I wasted precious time and money on this art of absolute crap that wouldn't get me prepared for any kind of real fight with a non-cooperative opponent. There were some excellent amateur MMA fighters at the event that no doubt would
absolutely DESTROY ALL the currently ranked "Kung Fu San Soo Masters." Of course, there are KFSS masters that study BJJ or Kickboxing too, but if they haven't really focused much of their training on those styles they stand no chance against people that JUST train in those real fighting styles (BJJ, Kickboxing, etc).

Do KFSS masters really think doing horse stances, windmills for blocks, take downs and throws that have no basis in reality, kicks and punches with no strong foundation like in boxing or Muay Thai, useless forms, etc. really believe their students will be qualified to take on a person trained in the arts I discussed on this blog (BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Sambo, etc) in the ring, cage, or God forbid the F*@#ing street!?!?

Here are some KFSS videos to see; most of these moves have no basis in reality, would be so hard to work on a non-cooperative, athletic, and/or a trained fighter. Some of the strikes (knees, elbows, etc) could work if delivered correctly, but so much more has to be put into it. Anyone can deliver a knee strike, but speed, power, and timing of the knee is what matters.
