No matter what, understand this harsh truth....not all martial arts are the same and provide the same skills. I've already talked about this in past posts on this blog, but understand it's just not true that all martial arts provide the same skills in physical fitness and self-defense!
The martial arts I've mentioned on this blog provide excellent skills in physical fitness and self-defense! Period!
To mention Kung Fu San Soo as an example of a martial art that can make someone into a "fighter" is an absolute joke!
The point of this post is to present another REAL FIGHT GYM...Sitsongpeenong Camp.
Watch this video and you'll see how real fighters train and should train! These guys are real fighters! There is no theory, no play fighting, no false stories (unlike the lies made up in kung fu san soo), just real training and real techniques that will work on a non-cooperative opponent.

Kung Fu San Soo vs Muay Thai...please, give me a break, the story of Kung Fu San Soo
masters fighting Muay Thai fighters is a lie started by the Kung Fu San Soo community!
Period! For any martial arts style community to make up such a lie shows how useless and
crappy that martial art style is to the world.
