I have received word from a Kung Fu San Soo Master about the Culver City Arena event in 1975. I'm surprised I got such a quick response!
This Kung Fu San Soo Master has confirmed the event in 1975 at the Culver City Arena did in fact happen.

So, Larry Wikel did in fact let his students fight...and they ALL lost.
Thank you to the Kung Fu San Soo Master who admits this event took place. It's good to find people that have integrity and are willing to admit this really happened. I would like to think other san soo masters would admit this happened, but I honestly feel they wouldn't admit it.
Usually, in every single blog post I leave the list of recommended fighting styles to study, but I decided to not do it this time to show respect to the Kung Fu San Soo Master who provided this information. He truly believes in san soo and he knows my position on the art. He was willing to listen and tell me which shows he has good character.
Also, to any san soo reader who thinks I'm making this shit up all I have to say is FUCK YOU, I have proof what I'm writing in this blog post is true. I have the proof.
I WILL NOT RELEASE THIS KUNG FU SAN SOO MASTER'S NAME OUT OF RESPECT FOR HIS PRIVACY and from the harassment he would get from DIE HARD san soo guys.
