The next real fighter I'm going to present is Chinese Sanda Champion Wu Xiong.

I truly hope from the bottom of my heart that Sanda explodes all over China and wipes out the useless traditional martial art styles.  No offense to them, but the first martial art from China that should have been exposed to the West should have been Sanda (back then it would have been called San Shou)!!!

Then there would have been no stupid Kung Fu jokes and only serious respect would have been given, but the Chinese learned after getting their asses handed to them facing Muay Thai fighters.  At least a growing number are learning what works in a fight.  I'm also happy to see MMA and Muay Thai growing in China.

In the coming years in America I know there will be at least one martial arts school that will claim to teach Sanda in order to attract students because Sanda's reputation will grow around the world.  I don't doubt there will be a san soo school that teaches BJJ along side san soo that will also claim to teach Sanda or try to sell the belief that San Soo is part of Sanda.  I have some evidence that a San Soo Master tried to do that on his website a long time ago, but he has now changed his website and only teaches one martial art from my current research (hint: it's not kung fu san soo that he focuses on).  Makes me fucking sick the lies that will be told.

Sanda or San Shou or San Da was created by the Chinese Government!  It is not an ancient Chinese martial art.  It was a system of fighting developed for the modern times!  It didn't put belief in mystical bullshit or fancy techniques!  It was created and influenced by researching other martial arts that are effective!

Sanda truly is the ultimate Chinese martial art for fighting (besides the grappling style Shuai Jiao).

I'll never forget my Kung Fu San Soo Master telling the class that "San Soo is the best art," "San Soo is superior," etc.  Knowing what I know now I wouldn't hesitate to tell him "No, it's not the best martial art because Sanda is better!"  "Sanda will always beat kung fu san soo, in the ring, cage, or street."

I don't intend to hurt feelings, but I don't believe my Kung Fu San Soo master could beat a Sanda practitioner with 2 years hard training even though he had decades of training in San Soo.  Sanda teaches the brutality of fighting and in the videos of Sanda on youtube of training it looks fun and exciting but it's not for everyone, it's hard, it can hurt physically and mentally, and you really have to be disciplined to train in it.  Then again, whoever said training for a fight was easy?

Mark my words:  There. Is. Not. One. Kung. Fu. San. Soo. Master. In. The. History. Of. Kung. Fu. San. Soo. That. Can. Teach. A. Sanda. Fighter. Anything. About. Fighting!  *I believe if Jimmy H. Woo got in the ring or cage or street against a Sanda Fighter in the same weight class he would be destroyed.  I see how Sanda fighters train and fight.  I've seen Jimmy H. Woo train and demonstrate his san soo technique.  My money is on Sanda.  SANDA POWER!
