The Lethwei training you have seen in the above video is a good example of real training that is practical, basic, and WORKS!
Real fight training doesn't require fancy equipment, Expensive equipment, big fancy building, clean mats, classical uniforms (such douche beggary), colored belts or sashes, etc. to make real fighters. PERIOD! It doesn't require "strength and conditioning sessions" (strength and conditioning people have done more damage to fighting than ever), but what it will require is heart and discipline.
Why? Heart to continue moving forward in a fight and Discipline to continue training day by day with no excuses. Real fights have shown people that just because you throw a punch at a certain part of the opponent's body the opponent can and will keep coming at you with everything he's got.
There is no "Hollywood Fighting" in real life. Here is a good example of training that is like "Hollywood Fighting" that'll get you killed in real life (courtesy of Ron Gatewood):
