A good documentary series called Warriors of the Mongkon truly shows several aspects of Muay Thai. I just hope a series could be made about the other Southeast Asian fighting styles recommended on this blog. Anyway, when I watch the series I think about how Muay Thai truly gives realistic fighting skills to the average person. kung fu san soo for self defense? kung fu san soo for fighting? Give me a break, kung fu san soo sucks and can't hold a candle to Muay Thai. Never will be able to hold ground against Muay Thai. kung fu san soo is not a sophisticated fighting style that can compare. the supposed kung fu san soo "masters" better get on their knees and pray to whatever God they believe in to give thanks that they can get away with selling themselves as a "master" while the real fighters and teachers of Muay Thai in Thailand train hard and fight for real!
TO EVERY KUNG FU SAN SOO "MASTER" I WANT TO ASK YOU THIS..."How does it feel to know you can get away with calling yourself a master and never prove you're actually skilled at real fighting?"
Here is the link to the series. Enjoy and learn the power and supremacy of Muay Thai!
