Hello Everyone,

I received an email from a reader who wanted to have me discuss my relationship with the art of Kung Fu San Soo AKA The Art of Crap AKA The Art that Sucks AKA The Art that has tried to be on the same level of effectiveness as the styles recommended on this blog.  The reader wanted to share my experience with the art, why I have problems with it, etc.

Listen, This blog is filled with posts (many came from the old blog) that explain my issue with crappy KFSS and why I consider it not an effective martial art.  I'm sorry, but I'm not going to explain to one person in an email everything I've experienced with this art, etc. when this blog already tells my issues with the art.  Anyway, I barely have time to keep up with the blog so I'm not going to communicate with one person when I can communicate with countless other people by running the blog.  Anyway, I was doing some training today and had a good workout.  How many KFSS schools really get their students prepared for a fight by focusing on physical exercises like bodyweight exercises, jump rope, medicine ball, etc.?  Not many, if any of them do at all I promise you they are also teaching techniques from the styles recommended on this blog because if KFSS was such a good style why bother teaching other styles?  Get it?  It's because KFSS is not a good style at all.

Again, focus on the styles recommended on this blog and you can't go wrong!  You'll get supreme physical and mental fitness along with efficient and effective techniques that have proven against non cooperative opponents in the ring and cage.
