Hello Everyone,

Well, here is another effective and efficient fighting style and we all know it should be on the list...Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. One thing that has occurred in the American BJJ scene is the presence of BJJ schools focusing on competition rather than self-defense. I have had many discussions with BJJ black belts and the current state of BJJ in America.

One day I had a nice discussion with a BJJ black belt and his experience at different schools and how the
training has changed over the years from self-defense to competition training.

Anyway, no need for me to discuss the art of BJJ. I'm no BJJ expert and there are too many people more qualified to talk about it than I. I just want to put it on my blog as a more effective and efficient fighting style than Kung Fu San Soo.

One more thing...Helio Gracie vs Jimmy H. Woo at their physical fitness peaks. I would bet my money on Helio...I would bet all of it.
