Hello Everyone,

I'm going to take some time to organize future posts that will be put up so please take the time to enjoy the new blog posts.

I expect certain Kung Fu San Soo practitioners to make personal insults towards me on the blog.  It's a free country and they have the right to freedom of speech.  I also have the right and that is why I'm putting up this blog to discuss REAL fighting styles that should be studied over a martial art like Kung Fu San Soo because it is not as effective, efficient, and practical like the fighting styles recommended on this blog.

Think about it.  There is a new generation of Kung Fu San Soo teachers/schools absorbing training methods, techniques, etc from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and other fighting styles recommended on this blog.  If Kung Fu San Soo is an effective fighting style then why don't BJJ schools, Muay Thai gyms, Boxing gyms, etc absorb techniques from Kung Fu San Soo?  The answer is simple.  They don't because Kung Fu San Soo is not as effective, efficient, and practical like the fighting styles recommended on this blog!

Again, the recommended fighting styles below are:

Southeast Asian Boxing Styles:
Muay Thai, Muay Lao, Pradal Serey, Lethwei, Tomoi

East Asian Boxing Styles:
Sanda (also written as San Shou, San Da), Kyuk Too Ki, Shoot Boxing, Yaw Yan

Western Striking:
Dutch Kickboxing, Savate, Western Boxing

Grappling:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Sambo, Pankration, Judo, Shuai Jiao

Other:
Kali/Arnis/Escrima

These fighting styles not only develop real fighting technique against non-cooperative opponents, but develop excellent physical fitness and mental strength against non-cooperative opponents in the ring, cage, and/or street.
