Hello Everyone,

I want to dedicate this post to UMA Pradal Serey Gym in Guam.  The link below shows real training on being a real fighter such as pad work, physical fitness, etc.  I would not hesitate to train with these guys than some crap kung fu san soo school.  I would put money that UMA Pradal Serey Gym will develop real fighting skill.

Hello Everyone,

I want to make a post dedicated to the Muay Lao camp Khoun Chai Sikhot Muay Lao camp.  It's not surprising that a gym with basic equipment and real training can develop real true fighters that kick and punch with speed and power.  Certainly better than any and all kung fu san soo schools in the world.  There is not a single kung fu san soo school worth studying at when you can pick a fighting style recommended on this blog that will turn you into a real fighter.
